Health & Wellbeing Day

This is a great way to launch a new programme, celebrate an ongoing programme or to provide a taster to help decide how to plan your programme.

Active Solutions can plan and deliver the whole day for you, all you need to do is tell us what space you have available, what your budget it, any specific requirements and we will do the rest.

These events can be run in different formats depending on individual circumstance, for example it could be extended to a week long event, utilizing break and lunch times.
